I was born in Costa Rica and played in high school bands, but my journey really kicked off when I left for Boston at 18 to study music and production. From there, I hit New York City’s underground scene, playing in bands, and quietly building a name for myself as a recording, mixing, and mastering engineer. Along the way, I worked with everyone from Kevin Abstract and Ski Mask the Slump God to Keith Richards and Steve Jordan. Oh, I also got a Master’s in Music Technology at NYU.
In 2022 and 2023, I toured as musical director, guitarist, and DJ for hyperpop artist BAYLI, playing iconic venues across the U.S. like Webster Hall, The Novo, and Brooklyn Steel.
By 2023, I moved to Los Angeles to level up even more, working with names like James Fauntleroy, Terrace Martin, Larrance Dopson and Eladio Carrión.
As if that wasn’t enough, in 2024, I co-founded EarCode, a cutting-edge audio-tech education platform, with Grammy-winning engineer Dylan Del Olmo. My work was also recognized with Grammy and Latin Grammy nominations—one as a mixing engineer for Nova, and another as a recording engineer for Sol María.
So what’s next? I’m working on my debut solo album, ready to show the world what I’ve really got. We’re expanding EarCode into a go-to resource for the next generation of engineers, and, of course, mastering the fine art of mastering itself.
